Simone Biles Reveals Photos of Her New Home with Lake View & Theatre: ‘You Deserve All the Happiness’

The legendary American gymnast Simone Biles has faced a challenging upbringing marked by hunger and instability, ultimately emerging as an emblem of resilience and achievement. Simone, along with her family, courageously shared the details of their tumultuous early years in their Facebook Watch series, “Simone vs. Herself,” which played a pivotal role in propelling her to Olympic stardom.

Simone Biles, who spent her childhood in foster care due to her mother’s battle with addiction, vividly recalls the uncertainty of those times. She reflected, “My memories of foster care are somewhat hazy, but I knew we had been separated from our biological mother.”

Given the common occurrence of being relocated or separated from siblings in such circumstances, we consider ourselves fortunate to have remained together.

In those crucial formative years, the persistent hunger that Simone Biles and her brothers endured had a profound and enduring impact. Biles vividly portrayed their fixation on food, recounting it in vivid detail. She humorously recalled her mother feeding a stray cat while they went without, an experience that led to her lifelong aversion to cats.

Simone Biles and her younger sister, Adria, eventually found stability and love when they were adopted by their maternal grandparents, Nellie and Ronald Biles, in Texas. However, their older siblings, Ashley and Tevin, chose a different path and were adopted by their father’s sister, resulting in a family split.

Nellie, Biles’ grandmother, openly acknowledged the challenges she faced in raising her grandchildren. She initially had concerns about them not being her biological children, but she shared a pivotal moment when her love for them transcended any biological ties.

Simone Biles, who once faced difficulties, has now become a renowned gymnast. She and her husband, NFL great Jonathan Owens, are turning their dreams into reality by building a magnificent mega-mansion in their native Texas. This ambitious project follows Biles’ impressive return to gymnastics after the 2020 Olympics.

Biles recently provided her followers with a sneak peek of the under-construction mega-mansion on her Instagram Stories. The property reflects the broader Houston area, where she spent her early years, and it sits beside a serene lake. With excitement, she exclaimed, “We have stairs OMG,” while showcasing a makeshift staircase leading to the second floor. She also gave a tour of the second floor, sharing her plans for the space, which include a bathroom, a theater, a wet bar in the game room, and a bedroom.

Undoubtedly, the most striking feature is the breathtaking waterfront view visible from the soon-to-be-sheltered second-floor balcony. Simone Biles believes that this view will remain timeless, especially during picturesque sunsets.

Her fans conveyed their support and enthusiasm, leaving comments filled with expressions like, “This is going to be amazing!!” and “Love it! Cherish every moment. Thanks for sharing!”

However, amidst the overwhelmingly positive feedback, a differing perspective emerged: “I dislike seeing houses under construction in the southern region. The wooden structures resemble something out of a middle school project with Popsicle sticks… What happened to using cinderblocks and steel?”

While the exact location of their expansive property remains undisclosed, it signifies a return to the serene settings of Simone Biles’ childhood, where she is now building her dream home.

Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens Take Their Wedding Vows

In May 2023, Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens embarked on a new journey together as they celebrated their wedding in a picturesque ceremony in Cabo, Mexico, surrounded by 144 guests. The love story between Biles and Owens began when they initially connected on the dating app Raya back in 2020.

Interestingly, it was Biles who made the first move, initiating contact and sending a direct message to Owens. What initially started as a virtual connection soon blossomed into a profound and meaningful relationship. Owens’ introduction to the Biles family occurred when Biles’ sister invited him on a family trip to their lake house in Texas.
